Pricing
The pricing for invitations and announcements are noted beside the sample you have chosen.   The price includes your choice of ink color, typestyle of choice, unlimited number of lines of print and blank envelopes.  **There is no setup fee and you may order any quantity you choose.  Envelopes will be printed with two to three lines of print for $.20 each to match your invitation or announcement.

Proofs
We will be glad to fax or mail you a proof of your invitation or announcement at no charge.  If you do choose a color ink we will print the proof in black.  To request a proof, please note this in the special instructions box on the online order form.

Color
We have 27 different ink colors to choose from.  Please indicate which color you choose on the order form.  If for any reason we believe that this color choice is not the best for the card you have chosen we will gladly e-mail you or give you a call.

Type Style/Font
We have 18 different type styles/fonts for you to choose from.  Use your creative judgement or we will be glad to help you out if you are not sure which one to choose.   We will adjust the size of the type to fit the card with the amount of wording we are given.

Thank You Notes
Matching thank you notes are available for most all of the announcements and invitations.   If they are not, we suggest using a fold over panel card with a name on the card to match the ink color and font on the invitation.  If you would like some of the thank you notes early for a baby shower or bridal shower we suggest putting the mothers name or the maiden name on the cards.  We will be glad to print two different names at no extra charge for you.

Shipping Charges
Orders will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise noted on the order form.  This service usually varies from two to five business days depending on the destination.   The cost is $5.  If you would like a quicker service you may choose 2-day air for $10 or Overnight for $15.  You may receive envelopes early for pre-addressing at no extra charge.  Please indicate which service you would prefer and if you would like your envelopes early on the order form.

Payment
To keep all costs to a minimum we only accept checks or money orders.  Payment is due in full by the time the order leaves our office.  Cancellations before the item is printed will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Guarantee
If PreciselyWrite, Ink prints an indisputable error after receiving the e-mail or fax, we will replace the order at no extra charge to you.  Any errors or omissions from the customer's order will be reprinted at a 30% discount off the regular price.

Printing
After the order is received, it is printed and shipped within 48 hours if the design was pre-ordered or in-stock.  PRE-ORDERING is very important and guarantees that the order is expedited within the 48 hours.  Pre-ordering means ordering the design and quantity without the statistics for the baby.  This information is then called in or e-mailed to us after the baby is born.  If you do not know the sex of the baby, we suggest choosing a design for a boy and a girl.  You will only be charged for the one that you use.  If the item was not in-stock and was not pre-ordered, please allow an additional 4 business days for the special ordering.
