The AIRTRAVEL MILE™ financial instrument is unique in that itprovides its owner with a special product-related benefit inaddition to the normal financial benefits of similar investmentsecurities.

The physical and technical processes necessary tofurther develop, market, sell, distribute, service, and track allaspects of this new product are already in existence and aresimilar to those which are currently used for customer and productdata processing, airline reservations and ticketing, frequent flyerprograms, credit cards, and publicly traded securities.

According to a study completed for GEC by amajor, airline-industry technology service provider, approximately40%, or more, of the technology platform required forimplementation of the AIRTRAVEL MILE™ travel benefits is already on line.  The remainder would beconstructed and customized to user specifications and is wellwithin current technical capabilities.

The AIRTRAVEL MILE™ is technically feasible.
